About Prayer Nuggets

Prayer Nuggets are practical lessons, updated monthly, to help God’s people pray more effectively. No matter your length of time as a person of prayer, there is always more to learn. Sometimes, it’s things in the other parts of our lives that affect our prayer lives. When I began writing these monthly lessons in 2004, I couldn’t imagine what I could write about every month; yet here I am, 6 years later, in awe of all the lessons the Lord has taught me that I can write them in such a way that you will also improve in “hitting the mark” every time you pray. That’s how we help bring to pass the words we have prayed so often, “Thy kingdom come and Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven.”

With the revamped website, I will add categories to each Prayer Nugget (hopefully, within the next two months), making it easier for you to find specific topics of interest that might not be as obvious by title. In addition, you have the ability to post comments, if you wish. From time to time, for added effect, I will be able to include pictures with the posts. Amazing what technology allows today, isn’t it?!

Those of you already on the monthly emailing list for the Prayer Nuggets will remain, unless you ask otherwise. For those of you who haven’t yet signed up, you can now choose to do so through my newsletter program (click Subscribe) or through the RSS feed. The other way to see the monthly lesson is simply to return to the site each month around the middle of the month for the most recent entry.
